Allow Me to Introduce Myself
I am Katherine: a professional problem solver (a lawyer), a business owner, an optimist, a mother of 4 world changers, and I am obsessed with fashion for the modern woman.
Since I was young I have loved bright colors, artistic expression, diversity in look and size, and following fashion trends and icons. My world has never been bland or boring. Wild flavors, bold color, and big ideas are the norm in my unconventional life. Add the dynamic business of law and 3 children under 7 to the mix and you have an authentically busy, but beautiful on-the-go life.
After 2020, I decided 2021 was the year to launch a passion project: Maz Modern. I leveled up and decided to let a hobby of mine bloom. Putting together bold fashion forward work outfits is a fun creative outlet, and like in my law practice, I’m a problem solver-I like to find fashion solutions that are practical enough for mamas, easy to find for your busy boss babe, and work well for an on-the-go life. I’m using this blog to share the knowledge I’ve gained for workwear style with other hard-working professional women and boss moms.
